About Institutional Repositories
UMass Global ScholarWorks is the University's open-access institutional repository. This repository provides access to the scholarly and historical products of UMass Global's students, faculty and staff. This provides distributed file systems for reliable content delivery, featuring regular backups and persistent URLs for long-term accessibility.
The repository is provided and managed by the Umass Global Library Library as part of its mission to empower learners.
The UMass Global Library makes a good faith effort to ensure that it has appropriate rights to provide access to content through the UMass Global Repository Website (ScholarWorks). These materials are made available for educational and scholarly use.
If you are a rights holder and are concerned that you have found material on the UMass Global Library’s Digital Repository Website without your permission and believe our inclusion of this material on the Repository Website violates your rights (e.g. inclusion is not covered by a Creative Commons License or Fair Use or other exemption to a copyright holder’s rights), please contact library staff at library@umassglobal.edu and include the following:
- Your contact information,
- URL where you found the material,
- Details that describe the material (title, collection name, number of items, etc.),
- The reason why you believe the material should be removed.
Upon receipt of the request, UMass Global Library will:
- Promptly acknowledge your request
- Assess the request
- Upon request, we may temporarily remove from public downloads while we assess your concern
- Upon completion of the assessment, we will take action and communicate that action to you.
