About This Journal
TRANSFORM is an international peer-reviewed journal that focuses on transformational leadership and transformational change. TRANSFORM publications are interdisciplinary and covers both theory and practice with the goal of highlighting transformational leadership and change in the 21st century.
Transformational leadership emphasizes the personal transformation of leaders as well as their constituents and colleagues, who together create the transformational change needed to produce breakthrough results in their organization. The leader’s role is pivotal in bringing about transformation in their people’s mindset, behavior, culture, and organizational systems. The leader accomplishes this by collaborating on a shared vision of change, and inclusively designing the strategies to attain it. Modeling the highest ethical values, the leader uplifts followers through trusting, caring, and respectful relationships. The transformational leader serves as coach and mentor, motivating others toward increased performance and goal achievement with enthusiasm, confidence, and the belief that others are capable of the desired vision.
TRANSFORM publications are data driven and highlight best practices in transformational leadership and change, both nationally and internationally. TRANSFORM is indexed in EBSCO's Academic Search Premier, Google Scholar and ERIC.
