Description
Employee disengagement in our work environments is alarmingly high. Nearly 70% of employees report they are disengaged in their work, and most report leaving due to disillusionment with their leader. This disengagement, coupled with the rapidly changing world around us, means that organizations need leaders with strong communication skills. Now more than ever, we must make personal and meaningful connections with our employees! Session attendees will learn how to immediately increase employee engagement and motivation through conversational leadership behaviors. Specifically, workplace intimacy, interactivity, inclusivity, and intentionality will be examined to illustrate the transformative communication practices you can implement in your own organization.
